I like how you added questions with specific examples to guide the students' responses. I especially like the questions about what you can do in the classroom to help students. I also found the question about busing very intuitive. This may help you immensely with your students. Janine
I liked how you asked students their first language. Teachers can easily assume that students in a grade 10 academic class speak English as their first language. This assumption, unfortunately, marginalizes students who speaks another language as their first language.
I liked how you gave some examples at the top of your written questions (sitting close to the board, involvement in teams...) to get the students to think about their answers. Often spaces like that get left blank by young people just because they don't know what you're after, so that would cue them nicely and get them to put something in that box.
